The music industry is abuzz as a male producer becomes the latest to sue Diddy in a sexual assault lawsuit.
Former Diddy producer levels explosive claims against Bad Boy mogul
Court documents seen by several media outlets reveal sordid accusations levelled by Rodney ‘Lil Rod’ Jones toward the troubled mogul.
According to the producer, Diddy not only groped him on numerous occasions, and paraded around him naked but he also allegedly attempted to groom him into a sex cult that involved the likes of reality TV star and renowned producer, Stevie J.
In the court documents, Lil Rod attached several incriminating exhibits, including a still shot of a man supposedly engaged in heated intercourse he claims was Stevie J, and several screenshots of Diddy’s parties at his mansion in Miami, Florida, where he is seen dancing with women believed to be underage.
The lawsuit names Justin Combs, Diddy’s son, and Stevie J, as the recruiters who allegedly lured underage girls to Diddy’s parties, where it’s believed he served tequila and vodka drinks laced with drugs.
Shockingly, it’s at one of these adult parties where Lil Rod claims he was gang-raped by several of Diddy’s associates, including his former girlfriend, Yung Miami.
Another exhibit showed Lil Rod smiling uncomfortably aboard Diddy’s yacht, with Cuba Gooding Jr “touching, groping, and fondling Mr. Jones’s legs, his upper inner thighs near his groin, the small of his back near his buttocks and his shoulders.”
Diddy’s lawyers react to latest lawsuit
In a statement released after news of the sexual assault surfaced, Diddy’s lawyer Shawn Holley blasted Lil Rod as “nothing more than a liar who filed a $30 million lawsuit shamelessly looking for an undeserved payday.”
“His reckless name-dropping about events that are pure fiction and simply did not happen is nothing more than a transparent attempt to garner headlines,” Holly exclaimed.
The mogul’s attorney stressed that they had ‘overwhelming’ evidence to prove “his claims are complete lies.”
“Our attempts to share this proof with Mr. Jones’ attorney, Tyrone Blackburn, have been ignored, as Mr. Blackburn refuses to return our calls. We will address these outlandish allegations in court and take all appropriate action against those who make them,” she added.
Justin Combs’ representative also chimed in stating the 30-year-old “categorically denies these absurd allegations.”
“They are all lies! This is a a clear example of a desperate person taking desperate measures in hopes of a pay day. There will be legal consequences for ALL defamatory statements made about the Combs family,” the rep told TMZ
How many sexual assault lawsuits is Diddy facing?
Lil Rod’s suit becomes Diddy’s fourth sexual assault case filed in the past few months.
One includes allegations by Joi Dickerson-Neal, who claimed the mogul drugged and assaulted her in 1991, and then distributed “revenge porn.”
A second lawsuit comes from a woman referred to as Jane Doe, who alleged she and a friend were assaulted by Diddy and Aaron Hall more than 30 years ago.
Additionally, there was a settled lawsuit with Cassie Ventura.
