In an explosive Instagram post, Diddy publicly responded to the allegations, stating, “Enough is enough.”
The Bad Boy founder strongly refuted the accusations, vehemently stressing that they were mere attempts to tarnish his character and extract financial gain.
The recent lawsuit involves alarming accusations against Diddy. A woman, identified as Jane Doe, alleges that in 2003, Diddy and two associates assaulted her in his recording studio.
The lawsuit describes Diddy’s allegedly made sordid demands during the attack and his subsequent observation of the assault, painting a harrowing picture of the incident.
In a statement to BBC News, Jane Doe’s legal representatives detailed the alleged abuse.
They describe it as part of a sex trafficking scheme, alleging that the defendants supplied her with drugs and alcohol and transported her to New York City, where she was reportedly assaulted at Diddy’s studio.
“As alleged in the complaint, Defendants preyed on a vulnerable high school teenager as part of a sex trafficking scheme that involved plying her with drugs and alcohol and transporting her by private jet to New York City where she was gang raped by the three individual defendants at Mr. Combs’ studio,” the lawyers claimed.
The lawsuit states that one of Diddy’s associates approached Jane Doe in Michigan, claiming close ties with Diddy. She was allegedly convinced to travel to New York via private jet, leading to the claimed assault in Diddy’s studio.
This is not the first legal challenge Diddy has faced.
His ex-partner Cassie previously initiated legal action, setting off a series of lawsuits against him. Though Diddy and Cassie settled, the current lawsuit adds to a growing list of legal troubles for the disgraced mogul.
