Megan Thee Stallion forced her way out of a recording agreement with her record label, 1501 Certified Entertainment, when she, seemingly out of the blue, released a brand new 18-track album, Traumazine.
Megan Thee Stallion drops ‘Traumazine’ album: Here is the tracklist
The build-up to Meg’s album release did not come without brewing controversy between her and label boss Carl Crawford. The Plan B hitmaker is already embroiled in multiple lawsuits with 1501, and earlier this week, she laid the blame on the former Major League Baseball (MLB) player for the leaks of her album cover art and tracklist.
“I can’t catch a break my sh*t always leak at this point invite the hotties to the studio and shoots,” she wrote in a since-deleted Instagram story.
Alas, the leaks, it seems, have not disturbed the excitement around Traumazine, which includes features from:
- Key Glock on Ungrateful;
- Latto on Budget;
- Pooh Sheisty on Who Me;
- Rico Nasty on Scary;
- Jhené Aiko on Consistency;
- Lucky Daye on Star;
- Future on Pressurelicious; and
- Sauce Walka, Big Pokey and Lil Keke on Southside Royalty Freestyle.
