Maralee Nichols is still a hot topic on social media and, of course, this presented the perfect opportunity for posers and internet trolls to turn a traumatic parental scandal into a get-rich-quick scheme.
Fake Maralee Nichols page goes viral
Nichols, a personal trainer from Houston, Texas, recently gave birth to the son of NBA star Tristan Thompson. The former lovers, it’s understood, are embroiled in a nasty child support lawsuit, with the 31-year-old fitness guru looking to hold the Sacramento Kings’ power forward accountable as the father of her baby boy.
Nichols, we understand, has an official Instagram page that is private, and only available to users of her choosing. However, soon after her exposé on Thompson made global headlines, opportunists saw it as a grand opening to not only make money by assuming her online identity, but to also spread fake and defaming news about Drake and the Kardashian family.
In a series of Instagram Stories posted on a number of fake pages, the unknown posers claimed that Thompson had planned to end his relationship with Khloe Kardashian way before news of his serial infidelity surfaced.
More disturbing, perhaps, were claims that the NBA star knew of Drake’s alleged affair with Travis Scott’s girlfriend, Kylie Jenner.

Suffice it to say, neither of the accounts listed below belong to the actual Nichols, who is not known for being brash on social media.
- @maraleenicole
- @maraleenicolee
- @maraleenicholsfit
- @maraleenicholsofficial
- @maraleenichols_
- @maraleenichols_official

More importantly, fake Nichols account will most likely have links to a Cash App profile.
From what we understand, Nichols, whose real Instagram page is @maraleenichols, resides in Marina del Rey with her newborn and despite efforts made by Thomspon, as seen in this leaked text exchange where he basically bribed her with $75 000 to abort the baby, the fitness guru has no intention of moving back to Houston, TX.
