Rapper Quavo recently held a concert in Bridgeport, Connecticut, for a notably sparse crowd. This unexpected turnout has fuelled various fan theories, including speculation that Chris Brown may have influenced the low attendance.
Did Chris Brown have anything to do with Quavo’s Connecticut concert?
Quavo, a member of the music group Migos, took to the stage in a nearly empty venue that typically seats 5,700 people, on Friday, 26 April 2024.
Despite the low turnout, Quavo performed energetically, seemingly undeterred by the small audience.
Videos of the empty venue circulated on social media, showing the vast empty spaces both in the seating and standing areas.
Fans have speculated that Chris Brown may have purchased tickets en masse to leave the seats empty—a tactic reportedly used by 50 Cent against Ja Rule in 2018.
This theory suggests that Brown’s actions were a jab amid an ongoing feud between him and Quavo, which has recently escalated through exchanges in their music.
However, this theory has not been confirmed, and neither Chris Brown nor representatives have commented on the allegation.
Karrueche Tran reacts to the beef
Karrueche Tran, caught up in the feud’s narrative, has publicly distanced herself from the conflict.
Speaking to TMZ, Tran stated her desire for peace and disengagement from the drama, making it abundantly clear that her focus remains on her own life and career.
“I’m living my life. Working, paying my bills, taking time for myself and that’s all that matters. Whatever else is going on, I ain’t got nothing to do with it. I’m living a peaceful life. That’s all I want: peace,” she said.
