If South Africa’s music industry functioned without ego, Flvme would be appreciated and honoured appropriately, a lot more than he is currently.
Flvme holds true to his potential on new album
The eclectic musician, after what felt like a long waiting period, finally released his much-anticipated album Dead or Alive (D.O.A).

This is his first solo effort and judging by the quality of the output, the long wait was well justified.
Flvme released D.O.A under the New Regime-PiFF Audio partnership, making it final that he has cut off all association to A-Reece and the Wrecking Crew.
Our top picks on D.O.A
Still, this major break-up did nothing to his musical abilities. In fact, the more jaded Flvme gets, the better the songs are.
After rotating the entire album a few times, our favourites are:
- Buddy ft Nasty C and Zooci Coke Dope;
- Getting To The Money; and
- Sin City
