Entry Criteria
To be eligible for Big Brother Mzansi Season 4, you need to be a legal resident or citizen of South Africa and be 21 years of age or older as of 1 January 2024.
The selection team is on the lookout for fun-loving, creative, and original individuals who are also articulate and tolerant of diverse views and lifestyle choices.

Apart from the age and residency requirements, there are no additional restrictions on entry for the upcoming season of Big Brother Mzansi.
Audition Dates
The auditions will be held between 1 to 20 November 2023, conducted in phases including a video call initially, and if successful, individuals will be invited to Johannesburg for face-to-face auditions.
More notably, there’s no registration fee to audition for the show. However, you’d be responsible for any travel expenses to and from the audition venue.
Former Housemates
If you’ve been a housemate on either Big Brother Africa or Big Brother Mzansi previously, you won’t be allowed to enter Big Brother Mzansi 4.

Big Brother Mzansi Season 4 Premiere Date
The show kicks off on 21 January 2024 and will run until the Finale on 31 March 2024.
What Is The Prize Money?
The prize money is quite a motivation, with a guaranteed minimum of R1 million and a potential to go as high as R2 million, although it will be subjected to taxation as per South African law.
