Mask on for Atlanta hospitals
His head may in space most of the time but Pluto is very much aware of the plight faced by humans in the war against an unseen enemy.
Coronavirus (COVID-19) is spreading rapidly in the United States (US) and many brave frontline health officials have fallen victim to the deadly pathogen.
To play his part in arming his city, Future’s FreeWishes Foundation donated masks to Atlanta hospitals, at a time when many states, including Georgia, are dealing with shortages in protective gear.
“As most people adapt to the new normal of staying quarantined to protect themselves from the coronavirus, healthcare professionals do not have this privilege. It is important to my brother, Future and I that we are of service to our community, especially during this pandemic and throughout the year,” co-founder of the foundation and the rapper’s sibling, Tia-Wilburn Anderson said in a statement.
Life is Good: Future confirms next album
In a recent XXL exclusive, Future confirmed that Life is Good, the smash hit featuring Drake is actually the title track of his upcoming album.
“Life Is Good. It’s about life and being good and just enjoying life. So many tragedies and catastrophes and everything is going on in the world. And you want to enjoy life, as long as you have it. Waking up, breathing, well, you want to be able to soak it all up and be appreciative for every moment on this earth, every moment that you’re living,” he said, careful not to let a release date slip.
With an uncertain future ahead, the leader of the Free Bands Gang (FBG) will be sure to bide his time before he unleashes what’s expected to be Atlanta’s next sonic frontier.
