As the video of his pool dive blunder went viral, Ross has now shared the impact it had on his body.
Taking to social media to address the concerns of his fans and followers, Rick Ross admitted that he was far from being alright after the unfortunate incident.
Drawing an analogy, he compared the damage to his knees to that of a tire going flat. In his Instagram Stories, Ross shared,
“I’m receiving a flood of direct messages this morning asking if I’m okay after my dive. Well, I have to be honest with you all, I’m definitely not okay. My knee blew out, just like a tire.”
The mishap occurred when Rick Ross, fuelled by the energy of the crowd and the support of the partygoers, made a grand promise on social media to execute the mysterious “double-decker slapper.”
However, the exact nature of this dive remains a mystery as Ross confessed that he had never even heard of it before. In an impromptu decision on the diving board, he attempted a double bounce, only for his knee to suffer a flat, figuratively speaking.
Despite the setback, Rick Ross’s resilience and ability to find humour in the situation were evident in his social media post.
He acknowledged the overwhelming encouragement he received from the attendees and emphasized his commitment to fulfilling the promise he had made to them.
However, it seems that fate had other plans for the rapper as his dive took an unexpected turn.
Here’s Ross’s explanation of what went wrong during his epically embarrassing pool dive.
