DJ Black Coffee is no stranger to mammoth festival crowds and in April 2022, he will mark his second return to Coachella.
Black Coffee booked for Coachella 2022
Much of the tribal-deep house producer’s time has been spent flying in and out of South Africa, enchanting crowds with his soul-jerking transitions and SFXs.
However, his biggest gig yet for this year is Coachella 2022, where he will be due for a set alongside headliners like Lil Baby, Big Sean, Baby Keep, Snoh Aalegra and more.
Coffee will kick things off on Day 1 and 4 of the music festival. Here is the full lineup:
Kanye West marks his return
Perhaps, the biggest draw of this year’s Coachella is the sight of Kanye West as a headliner on Day 3 and 6. Officially billed as Ye, it will be the rap-fashion impresario’s fifth appearance at the festival.
Fans were left speculating about what the theme of his performance would be. Sunday Service? Off The Grid Ye? All the excitement around the DONDA star has made for an interesting build-up to April 2022.
Ye. Coachella. See you in the desert.

How to watch Coachella 2022 in South Africa
Coachella 2022 will start on Friday 15 April until 24 April. While it is practically impossible for most music fanatics in South Africa to make the costly trip to the
Empire Polo Club in Indio, California, the festival will most certainly have a livestream available.
