The anticipation built on social media and Ye’s website culminated in a midnight event at Wynwood Marketplace in Miami, FL.
Fans who were ready to splurge could buy tickets online for $200 general admission or $600 VIP. The event was more than just an album debut; it was a fusion of music and community, described as a “subversive event” in an impromptu press release that did the rounds on Monday.

The album Vultures, co-created with Ty Dolla Sign, not only showcased Kanye’s latest musical direction but also featured a lineup of renowned artists.
