The couple appeared to have jetted to South Africa as part of Carter's annual family trip and were clearly more loved-up than ever in the romantic images.

The future bride has decided to film a TV special about the run-up to her wedding, but Carter, a venture capitalist, has no desire to be involved.

The synopsis read: 'From bridal dress shopping and choosing the venue, to designing her dream destination wedding and participating in what certainly will be a fun and crazy bachelorette party, viewers will be along for an entertaining and emotional ride and will witness a personal side of Paris that only her closest friends and family get to see.'

While on a red carpet recently, Paris told Extra she's 'still trying to convince him' to allow the cameras to film him for the show.

'He doesn't like the camera. He doesn't do red carpets, doesn't do interviews. He's so focused on his business, and I love that about him,' she added.

Paris explained that she appreciates Carter's reluctance to be on TV because 'you don't know if they want him for you or attention and it's not like that with him at all, so it's different from any relationship, and I like that he shies away from that.'

As for the wedding, she dished: 'we are planning it right now and doing the TV show with it as well, so everyone will get to see all of the magical moments.'
