According to PageSix, the 51-year-old singer was practising for the CW’s Magic With the Stars when his underwater stunt caused him to pass out.
In the video, the R&B legend struggles to hold his breath while submerged underwater in a glass cube before thrashing at the sides to signal his distress. In addition, Angel will join Loni Love and magician Lance Burton as judges on the new show.
The new series will debut on Saturday, 22 October 2022.
Before ending the video, Ginuwine noted that he was on his way to the airport and “about to head out” to host an event in Indiana, as per his Instagram.
