South Africa's Electricity Minister Kgosientsho Ramokgopa alerts that loadshedding is likely to return due to ongoing issues at Eskom.
Electricity Minister Dr Kgosientsho Ramokgopa has been cleared to return to work following a car accident, on Sunday.
