A Yellow level 2 warning for disruptive rain has been issued for the Lowveld and Escarpment regions of Limpopo province. Slow-moving thunderstorms in the morning may lead to localised flooding of susceptible roads, low-lying areas, and bridges.

Eastern Cape
Expect a cloudy start with morning fog in southern areas. The day will later become fine and warm inland but cooler along the coast. Coastal winds will be moderate to fresh, easterly to north-easterly.
Free State
The eastern region will have an initially cloudy sky that will later give way to partly cloudy to fine conditions. Temperatures will range from cool to cold throughout the day.
Gauteng
The day will start off cloudy, especially with morning fog in the Highveld. As the day proceeds, conditions will become partly cloudy and cool. The expected UVB sunburn index is moderate.
KwaZulu-Natal
The interior regions will see morning fog and a generally cloudy sky. Isolated to scattered showers and thundershowers are expected, except in the southern areas. Coastal winds will be gentle to moderate, shifting from easterly to north-easterly. The expected UVB sunburn index is low.
Limpopo
Aside from the Yellow level 2 warning for disruptive rain, the province will experience a cool to cold day with isolated showers and thundershowers. Conditions will be more scattered in the extreme north and east.
Mpumalanga
Morning fog is expected along the escarpment, followed by a cold to very cold day. Isolated showers and thundershowers will be more widespread in the Lowveld region during the morning.
North West
Eastern parts of the province will begin with a cloudy sky but will transition to partly cloudy conditions. Temperatures will vary from cool to warm.
Northern Cape
The province is expected to have a fine and warm to hot day. Coastal winds will be light to moderate, initially easterly to north-easterly in the morning, and later turning southerly to south-easterly.
Western Cape
A fine and warm to hot day is expected. Conditions will be particularly hot along the west coast. Coastal winds will be light to moderate, initially easterly to north-easterly in the morning, turning moderate to fresh and becoming south-easterly to easterly in the afternoon. The expected UVB sunburn index is extreme.
