Extremely high fire danger conditions are expected in the Dawid Kruiper and Kareeberg local municipalities of the Northern Cape province.

Eastern Cape
In the western half, the coast will be cool, with partly cloudy skies becoming fine by afternoon. Coastal winds will be moderate to fresh, easterly.
In the eastern half, morning fog is expected in places south of the escarpment. Conditions will be fine and cool but warmer in the west, with moderate to fresh north-easterly coastal winds.
Free State
Morning fog is predicted in the extreme east. Skies will be partly cloudy, turning from cool to warm. Isolated afternoon showers and thundershowers are expected in the extreme east.
Gauteng
The province will experience partly cloudy and warm conditions, becoming fine by the afternoon. The UVB sunburn index is forecasted to be very high.
KwaZulu-Natal
Morning fog is anticipated over the interior. The weather will be partly cloudy and cool but warmer in some northern places. Isolated afternoon showers and thundershowers are expected in the west. Coastal winds will be moderate, shifting from easterly to north-easterly.
Limpopo
Morning fog on the escarpment is predicted. Otherwise, the province will be partly cloudy and cool.
Mpumalanga
Morning fog is expected along the escarpment. Conditions will be partly cloudy and cool, becoming warm in some eastern places.
North West
Morning fog in the eastern parts will give way to partly cloudy skies. Temperatures will range from warm to hot, with isolated afternoon showers and thundershowers in the extreme west.
Northern Cape
Extremely hot conditions will prevail in the northern part. Elsewhere, the weather will be fine, windy, and hot to very hot. Coastal winds will be moderate to fresh, southerly to south-easterly, becoming strong in the afternoon.
Western Cape
Morning fog is expected along the south coast. Conditions will be cloudy and warm, turning hot over the interior. Coastal winds will be fresh to strong, easterly to south-easterly, but light to moderate northerly to north-westerly north of Cape Columbine. The UVB sunburn index is forecasted to be very high.
