Ntando Duma expanded her brand with the launch of a kiddies hair salon named Sbahle Siyakhula, after her daughter Sbahle Mzizi, this past weekend.

The salon, located in the upscale Marc Shopping Centre, in Sandton, offers a haven for pampering and beauty, as well as a dedicated “children’s stimulation corner” where kids can engage in play, reading, and mind-stimulating activities.
The salon’s grand opening was hosted by radio and TV personality Zanele Potelwa, who expressed her admiration for Ntando’s role as a remarkable mother and businesswoman.
Guests were treated to bottomless champagne and delicious snacks as they explored the salon’s offerings. One guest shared their pride, telling ZiMoja:
“We couldn’t be more proud. We love how Ntando always includes her child in her endeavours.”

Ntando Duma took to social media to express her gratitude and excitement, proclaiming the weekend to be a true blessing and the realization of one of her biggest dreams.
She revealed that the hair salon focuses primarily on children but also caters to parents.
Duma added that “Sbahle Siyakhula” holds a special meaning as it symbolises beauty and growth, with the intention of instilling self-confidence in every child who walks into the salon.
“Siyakhula,” roughly translated as “we grow,” emphasises the salon’s commitment to mental and intellectual development, the actress said.
The store features a section called “Sbahle Siyafunda” where kids can engage in reading, learning, writing, and self-expression, fostering a love for education and expanding their mental agility.
