Da L.E.S has come out of a long-drawn-out hiatus to release a brand new single titled Elon Musk which features appearances from Amapiano’s revered Jobe London, Focalistic and Kamo Mphela.
Da L.E.S comes out of hiatus with new single
The new single marks the first time the north god has released music in 2020. In fact, the last time we heard from Da L.E.S was three years ago from his acclaimed High Level studio album.
On Elon Musk, Da L.E.S takes on a new approach to his sound. The song which, for the most part, pays homage to the Tesla founder, accommodates the sonic flavour of its guests.
Right after Da L.E.S’ verse, the beat suddenly picks up the pace and Amapiano drums set in right in time for Jobe London to do his thing. Focalistic and Kamo Mphela also serenade the record with their swag, making for a single release that has the potential to gain decent momentum on radio.
