On Monday evening, Ray J posted an alarming message on Instagram, expressing feelings of being overwhelmed and suicidal.
This disturbing post followed a dramatic incident at GloRilla’s BET Awards afterparty. According to reports, Ray J got into a heated confrontation with a Zeus Network executive.
The situation escalated quickly, with Ray J attempting to throw a punch, though it didn’t land.
The tense standoff continued as bodyguards tried to keep the peace, but Ray J’s behaviour grew more erratic when he grabbed a backpack from his vehicle and charged back into the crowd.
His team eventually convinced him to leave the scene, preventing further escalation.
In his emotional Instagram post, Ray J referenced the backstage dispute at the BET Awards, describing it as mind-blowing and making him feel suicidal.
He shared that the events were causing him significant distress and discomfort with reality.
The post included a cryptic goodbye and an apology to his sister, Brandy, along with a promise to make things right and not let “them” get away with it.

This isn’t the first time Ray J has expressed such distress.
Back in October 2022, he made several alarming posts about suicide while sitting on a ledge, causing concern among his loved ones and fans.
However, in a surprising twist, just hours after his concerning Instagram rant, Ray J was back on social media promoting Tronix Network, his joint venture with Zeus Network.
Despite the recent altercation and his harsh words against Zeus, it appears that Ray J and Zeus have managed to reconcile, at least professionally.
