As reported by CNN, Los Angeles Fire Department officials responded to a water emergency alert coming from Perry’s home at approximately 16:07 PDT (01:07 CAT).
While authorities have yet to provide full details about the nature of Perry’s death, it was confirmed that early indications suggest a drowning incident.
The Friends cast member’s tragic death is currently the subject of an intensive investigation led by the LAPD’s Robbery-Homicide Division in an effort to categorically rule out foul play.
