In a now-deleted Instagram Story, Erykah Badu posted a side-by-side comparison of Beyoncé wearing an oversized metallic hat during her performance, which seemed reminiscent of the iconic hats Badu has been wearing throughout her illustrious career.
Alongside the image, Badu wrote, “Hmmm, I guess I’m everybody stylist,” suggesting that Beyoncé may have drawn inspiration from her unique style.
Following Badu’s Instagram post, the Heated singer took to Beyoncé’s Instagram comments section to express her feelings.

While Badu seemingly implied that Beyoncé may have borrowed elements of her style, many fans and supporters were quick to refute the claim.
