Cassper Nyovest is two weeks away from releasing his fifth studio album Any Minute Now (AMN), the title of which is an alert to the impending arrival of his first child with girlfriend Thobeka Majozi.
AMN tracklist: Pro Kid, HHP, make the cut
After weeks of speculation, we finally have a clear indication of what to expect from AMN. The 21-track LP features the first posthumous appearance from the late Hip-Hop legends Linda ‘Pro Kid’ Mkhize and Jabulani ‘HHP’ Tsambo.
The presence of such icons, including two slots for Bonginkosi ‘Zola’ Dlamini, makes it clear that AMN is more than an addition to Nyovest’s illustrious catalogue.
The Family Tree founder is building towards becoming a formidable legacy act and paying homage to the originators is a great start.

Nyovest bags prominent international features
More notably, Nyovest has kept his ties with well-established international artists strong. For AMN, the 29-year-old bagged prominent features from Anthony Hamilton who appears in the credits of a song on the album titled Egyptian Cotton.
Shady Records rapper Boogie makes his debut South African feature alongside Nyovest on Thoughts_and Dreamville’s Bas occupies space on the lyrically enticing _Nobody Knows.
The latter will surely be one to look out for since Nyovest had already teased that YoungstaCPT’s verse was so intense, he had to isolate it with its own beat.
When is AMN dropping?
Nyovest’s fifth studio album is currently available for preorder on every digital streaming platform. Officially, AMN will be released on Friday 11 September 2020.
The news of the tracklist reverberated across social media. The anticipation is peaking at an all-time high and people can hardly wait to get a listen to what promises to be South Africa’s Hip-Hop album of the year.
