Here’s the loadshedding schedule for week of Monday, 31 July 202
On Sunday, 30 July 2023, Eskom issued an update on the state of the power system, confirming the new week will follow a pattern of reduced outages, following a weekend of ongoing Stage 4 blackouts.
Therefore, barring no unforeseen breakdowns, households should brace Stage 2 interruptions on Monday until 16:00 and Stage 4 in the evenings until further notice.
“The delay in returning to service a generating unit at Kendal and two generating units at Tutuka power stations is contributing to the current capacity constraints,” the power utility noted.
