Chrissy Teigen has exited an upcoming voice role in Mindy Kaling's Netflix series Never Have I Ever.

The 35-year-old has been embroiled in a cyberbullying scandal and has since apologised to Courtney Stodden for bullying them online.

According to Variety, the cookbook author was scheduled to do a voice-over narration in an episode of season two of the comedy series. A spokesperson for the show told the publication that the role would be recast.

The coming-of-age comedy follows an Indian American teenager named Devi (Maitreyi Ramakrishnan), as she deals with the pressures of high school, drama at home, and romantic relationships.
