Week-long festival is coming in December, Apple Music says
The Apple Music Awards was more of an editorial announcement than an event. According to the streaming service, decisions made on category winners were derived from editorial choices and streaming data.
To celebrate the winners, Apple Music will be hosting a week-long virtual festival with “special performances, fan events, interviews, and more, streaming worldwide on Apple Music, Apple Music TV, and the Apple TV app.”
“We have an exciting week of music planned in December and are very much looking forward to celebrating together with these artists and their fans,” president of Apple Music and Beats, Oliver Schusser said.
