Update: While the death of former LA Lakers basketball player, Kobe Bryant, is still the subject of an investigation, it can be confirmed that his 13-year-old daughter, Gianna, was, unfortunately, on that helicopter.
We can confirm that she, Kobe Bryant, two other passengers, as well as the pilot all died in the incident.
Byrant had been seen at the Staples Centre, seated courtside with his teen daughter at the Lakers game.

At this time, it is not certain what caused the crash but we can confirm that all five of the people who were on board did not survive the incident.

No information has surfaced on the current condition of three of his other daughters, Natalie, Bianca and his newborn, Capri.
