The Samsung Galaxy S22 has been a hot topic in recent months and more information about the phone keeps popping up — some of which include the rumour that the phone will not include any camera improvement since the latest Samsung Galaxy S21.
Samsung Galaxy S22: The rumoured flagship might not include a vapour cooling chamber
According to a Twitter leaker, the phone will also no longer be including a vapour chamber cooling, which was included in the S10 series. The leaker got this information from a Korean publication, Clien.net. This, according to Clien.net, is due to saving costs and nagging from higher management guys.
However, the Mobile team is now reportedly waiting for a decision from the VIP, about whether the vapour chamber cooling will be added to the S22 Series or not. If not added, the overall heat dissipation design will be similar to the S21 Series.
Some people didn’t take the news well, which makes sense because a flagship is supposed to be ten times better than the last, right? Why release a new phone series if there won’t be improvements? It doesn’t end there. It also seems like Samsung won’t be making improvements to the camera specs either. The S21 has three lenses with multiple resolutions: 12.0 MP+64.0 MP+12.0 MP. The phone also has Hybrid Optic Zoom at 3x, Digital Zoom up to 30x and Autofocus.
And what is the release date?
There is still no definite release date for the Samsung Galaxy S22. However, rumour has it that it might not hit the shelves until next year. It could be January next year (because S21 came right about that month). It could be March. April. No one really knows.
Leakers seem to have put their faith in a January 2022 release date, which, we don’t really know where this speculation comes from. PulseNews is one of them.
