Polarising YouTuber Slik Talk has the entertainment industry buzzing again and this time, it all has to do with his 180-turn on recruiting Nota Baloyi as his middle-man in ongoing talks with Cassper Nyovest over the boxing match.
Slik Talk fires Nota, confirms fight is going ahead
Shortly after trending on social media for blasting Amapiano singer Kamo Mphela, Slik Talk surprised his 23 000+ subscribers with a new upload, where he revealed that Nota will no longer represent him.
“So, I just made a quick decision, Nota is out the f*****g fight. I just decided he’s not gonna be necessary for this fight. I think he’s gonna make things about himself and that’s what we don’t need,” the YouTube said.
Slik went on to assert that, despite claims made by Nyovest that the bout would be sabotaged and not take place, the fight will definitely happen since he is already preparing for it.

“The fight is going to happen. There is no Nota, there is no one. Communications will be done by me directly. Nota, I’m sorry you had to find out like this but my n**** you f****g fired,” he added.

News of Nota’s departure reached Nyovest who, in a tweet, admitted Slik is, strangely enough, starting to rub off on him.
