Hollywood actress Amber Heard will, on Thursday, resume her testimony at the Johnny Depp defamation trial.
Watch live: Amber Heard resumes testimony
Already, the 36-year-old Aquaman co-star revealed shocking claims about her now-ex-husband Depp on the first day of her testimony.
From cocaine binges, to mid-flight MDMA threesomes, Heard has painted a rather graphic picture of Depp who, according to the court of public opinion, is innocent in the matter.
I was married to an abusive narcissist. Johnny keeping his eyes down & not watching Amber Heard testify is probably really upsetting her. I’m glad he refuses to even acknowledge her lies & defamation right now. She doesn’t have power anymore. #JohnnyDeppVsAmberHeard #DeppVsHeard pic.twitter.com/FPnjxIddOg

”Johnny on speed is very different from Johnny on opiates. Johnny on opiates is very different from Adderall and cocaine Johnny, which is very different from quaaludes Johnny, but I had to get good at paying attention to the different versions of him,” she testified.
In fact, it is the Pirates of the Caribbean star who filed a defamation lawsuit against his ex-wife, seeking $50 million (est. R786.6 million) in damages for income losses and other mental health-related hindrances that followed Heard’s 2018 Washington Post op-ed.
Depp concluded his testimony with a strong performance on the witness stand. The veteran actor detailed the scale of the alleged abuse he endured in his six-year relationship with the actress.
The 58-year-old went as far as producing video and audio evidence to support his assertions, something Heard will have to deal with in her testimony, particularly when Depp’s lawyers cross-examine her.
Heard, herself, made shocking claims about Depp and, on Thursday, the actress is expected to continue giving testimony at the Fairfax County Circuit Court.
