As the tedious divorce settlement talks continue between Black Coffee and Enhle Mbali Mlotshwa continue behind closed doors, the actress is ready to spill the beans on a new series she has on the way.
Enhle Mbali new series: Here’s what we know
The 33-year-old dropped two teasers of her upcoming series Voice on social media and already, a number of Easter eggs found in the clips seem to suggest that fans may finally get a bit more insight into the couple’s troubled marriage.
“You strike a woman, you strike a rock. I am no rock! What I am [is] a flower and this flower needs to be watered but I am watering this flower as a new single mother, as a new single woman. I stride,” she exclaims.
From the tid bits we’ve seen in the trailers, it would appear that Mbali is ready to divulge all the details about her divorce, the timeline of events that may have led to the end of her marriage to Coffee and more information we may not have been privy to.
Here are the two teasers she dropped:
What’s the latest on Mbali, Coffee divorce?
The one thing everyone itching for the new series to come soon will be wondering is, where are Mbali and Coffee in their process of separation?
It’s been almost two years since Mbali and Coffee ended their marriage on the public forum and the last time we heard anything from the pair was in court where the actress was seeking a protection order against the producer over claims of domestic violence.
Mbali lost that bid and for the first time since the split, Coffee addressed the state of things in their co-parenting arrangement.
However, a look through Mbali’s Instagram page seems to suggest that despite moving on, there seems to be some cordial cooperation between mom and dad in matters that involve their children.
This post sent shockwaves across the rumour mill when Mbali thanked Coffee for their son’s new set of racing wheels.
While this doesn’t actually tell us much, it could suggest that the disruptive antics from both ends have been placed on the back burner — for now.
Mbali has not released a premiere date for her Voice series.
