NBA star and baby daddy to three children by separate women Tristan Thompson submitted his response to a lawsuit filed by Maralee Nichols, where he revealed the SnapChat burner account he used to organise sexcapades with the personal trainer.
Tristan Thompson admits to months of sexcapades with Maralee Nichols
As reported by DailyMail, the Sacramento Kings centre has downplayed the seriousness of his love affair with the Texas-born 31-year-old.
Contrary to Nichols’ claims that they were developing a romance around the time Thompson was dating the mother of his second child Khloe Kardashian, the basketball player insists they “did not have a serious ongoing relationship.”
“Petitioner (Nichols) told me that she had been involved with other athletes and understood the limitations of our relationship; to-wit, that we might see each other on a sporadic basis for consensual casual sex only,” the basketball player wrote in filed court papers.
From what we understand, Thompson is contesting his paternity to Nichols’ son who was birthed earlier this month.
In his response, Khloe Kardashian’s ex stressed that while Nichols swore they had sexual relations every time they met, “the only date that she cannot remember having sex is on March 13, 2021, my birthday, in Houston, which is the only date that conception could have taken place leading to a delivery on December 1, 2021.
Thompson added that his fling with Nichols was purely out of lust and that she was accustomed to such an arrangement due to her previous acquaintance with other athletes.
“We did not have any dates in the traditional sense at any time; there were no dining at restaurants, going to movies, traveling or any other indicia of a normalised relationship. There was only Snapchats of ‘where’ and ‘what time’ we would hook up and what hotels would be used,” he noted.
Thompson also admitted to using the burner profile “blkjesus00′ to stay in touch with Nichols on SnapChat since this was the only platform he could continue with his infidelity.
“After a snapchat message, the message is automatically deleted. If either one of us would do something to try and save the message, the other party would be notified. I was never notified that Petitioner saved a message from me. Petitioner never confirmed that I was notified of her retaining messages,” he said.
Thompson has also denied ever bribing Nichols with $75 000 hush money and contends she could have easily forged the leaked text messages where he allegedly forced her to abort the child.
“There is no way to authenticate what username is sending the messages from the pictures of the Snapchat messages provided by Nichols from ‘TT’,” he submitted.
Nichols, for the time being, has remained quiet on social media. It’s believed the 31-year-old is suing Thompson for child support and damages for medical expenses and pregnancy-related costs.
