- Yellow Level 2 Warning: Severe thunderstorms with potential damage to infrastructure, vehicles, property, and livestock are expected across the southern region of the Eastern Cape and southern KwaZulu-Natal. Large amounts of small hail and excessive lightning are anticipated.
- Yellow Level 2 Warning: Strong winds may damage infrastructure and create difficult driving conditions in the southern Free State (Xhariep) and southeastern Northern Cape.
- Yellow Level 1 Warning: Damaging waves leading to difficulty in navigation at sea are expected along the coast between Cape Columbine and Cape Agulhas, spreading to Plettenberg Bay by the afternoon.
- Fire Danger Warning: Extremely high fire danger conditions are expected over the eastern Northern Cape, central Free State, northeastern KwaZulu-Natal, and the southwestern Bushveld of Limpopo.
- Heatwave Advisory: Persistently high temperatures are expected over northern KwaZulu-Natal and parts of the Eastern Cape until Tuesday and in the Lowveld regions of Mpumalanga and Limpopo until Wednesday.

Cape Town
On Tuesday, Cape Town is expected to experience a passing morning shower or two; otherwise, times of sun and clouds. The high temperature will be around 18°C, with a low near 12°C. Residents should be prepared for possible morning showers.
Durban
Durban is expected to experience cooler but humid conditions with low clouds. The high temperature will be around 27°C, with a low near 22°C. No significant precipitation is anticipated.
Johannesburg
Johannesburg is expected to experience partly sunny conditions with a couple of showers in the afternoon. The high temperature will be around 24°C, with a low near 14°C. Residents should be prepared for possible afternoon showers.

- Eastern Half of Eastern Cape: Warm in the north, otherwise partly cloudy and cool with scattered showers and thundershowers. Cloudy along the coast. Coastal winds light to moderate south-westerly, becoming south-easterly along the Wild Coast in the afternoon.
- KwaZulu-Natal: Morning fog in the northeast, partly cloudy to cloudy and warm to hot with isolated showers and thundershowers, scattered in the extreme south.
