Somizi Mhlongo has been thrust into another sex scandal, this time, involving an events promoter who claims the renowned broadcaster has tried, for so long, to have intimate relations in exchange for business.

In a three-minute-long video, Mhlongo detailed the sordid attempts made by the man only known as ‘Aliboy’ to allegedly extort him. According to the 48-year-old entertainer, he has known ‘Aliboy’ for more than two years and their entire acquaintance was developed from lust.
However, due to reasons not furnished as yet, the two never took matters further than flirtatious text messages. In Mhlongo’s version of the story, Aliboy had been trying to get the broadcaster to join his modelling event as a guest judge, for months, without following the appropriate channels.
Mhlongo says the pressure exerted by his management on the uncouth nature of the booking forced him to keep the business side of his acquaintance with ‘Aliboy’ professional.
According to Mhlongo, he’d made numerous attempts to get the events promoter to either pay his booking fee or remove him from a poster that’s been doing the rounds on social media, and when this was not honoured, he published this post on Instagram, warning his followers that he was in no way associated with Aliboy’s modelling event.
Mhlongo claims this must have triggered Aliboy who went on TikTok to blast the 48-year-old for trying to sleep with him in exchange for business.

Mhlongo accompanied his claims with a string of text messages between himself and Aliboy, where it shows the lusty lovers had made numerous attempts to take their flirtations to the next level.

However, according to Aliboy, Somizi has been at his neck about having intimate relations when all he wanted was support from the celebrity “to uplift the youth.”
Aliboy maintained, in the video you will see below, that he is not sexually attracted to other men, albeit the messages above suggest the contrary.
