If anyone thought the recent feud between Makhadzi and King Monada was staged, then the recent move the songstress pulled should put that speculation to bed.
Makhadzi removes King Monada from Ghanama
Swisher Post News previously reported that the two Limpopo powerhouses were at odds over ownership rights to a song titled Ghanama.
Makhadzi went on a rant, accusing Monada of claiming something that supposedly did not belong to him, while on the other hand, the Dzena Mo star maintained that he had equal rights to a stake in the master recording.
However, much to everyone’s surprise, Makhadzi released the official version of Ghanama without Monada’s vocals on it. Only Prince Benza, who produced the song, was credited as a guest feature. Here is the full audio version of Ghanama.
Social media boycotts Makhadzi
While Makhadzi’s cult following celebrated the release, many Monada fans and neutrals were not pleased with the songstress’ shoddy moves.
In fact, the general consensus leaned towards the version of the song that had Monada’s vocals. These are some of the reactions we picked out on social media.

We sympathised with Makhadzi when her former manager was defrauding her. Now she is letting a record label mess her relationship with her day one in King Monada. We love Makhadzi, for now let's just presume that OpenMic forced her hand due to their hate for King Monada.
