All eyes will be fixed on ABC’s Good Morning America on Monday when exited Duchess of Sussex Meghan Markle sits down for what’s fixing up to be a landmark interview.
Meghan Markle interview: What we know about it
As reported by Geo News, Markle’s televised sit-down has to do with her role in the upcoming Disney conservation documentary titled Elephants.
We reported in January that Markle had signed a lucrative deal with Disney, a move that was reportedly facilitated by her husband, Prince Harry.
Will she discuss the ‘messy’ royal exit?
Details surrounding the film project are expected to be divulged in the sit-down with GMA but we do know that the proceeds Markle received from her participation in the voice-over work have gone towards Elephants Without Borders, a non-profit organisation that works in the sphere of anti-poaching and wildlife conservation.
At this stage, it is not clear what parts of the Duchess of Sussex’s highly publicised life the interview will cover. We don’t know when it was taped.
Markle’s dramatic exit from Buckingham Palace and the subsequent loss of their royal status will be the elephant in the room. We will be on hand to provide a deep-dive into everything Markle covers in the sit-down. For now, you can build anticipation for what promises to be an engaging conversation with this GMA preview:
