Infamous YouTuber and gossip microblogger Tasha K released a lengthy statement following her defamation lawsuit loss against Cardi B where she basically shrugged off any accountability for her actions.

On Monday, Cardi B, real name Belcalis Marlenis Almanzar, was awarded $3.86 million (est. R59.16 million) in damages after a US district court in Georgia found that Latasha ‘Tasha K’ Transrina Kebe defamed the rapper on her microblogging platform when she falsely claimed “that Plaintiff was a prostitute, that Plaintiff was a user of cocaine, that Plaintiff had and still has herpes.”
“By making and publishing the statements, and campaign of harassing videos, including the Defamatory Videos, Defendants were intending to cause Plaintiff emotional distress,” the court determined.
Three years after she filed the defamation, invasion of privacy and intentional infliction of emotional distress lawsuit, Cardi B was awarded:
- $1.5 million (est. R23 million) in punitive damages;
- $1 million (est. R15.23 million) for general damages — such as pain and suffering or reputational injury;
- $1.33 million (est. R20.38 million) in litigation expenses; and
- $25,000 (est. R383 112) in medical expenses.
In response to this outcome, Tasha K doubled down on the wild claims that got her in trouble in the first place. The gossip blogger chalked the loss up to the system protecting the ‘machine’. Here’s the statement Tasha K released:

Fans of the YouTuber were left shocked by Tasha K’s inability to take accountability for her actions. After all, Cardi B had sounded off about this outcome back in 2019 when she warned Tasha about her careless actions.
The WAP rapper must have caught wind of Tasha K’s latest statement, and using a meme of actress Zendaya, she sent social media into a raucous by alluding that she was far from done teaching the gossip blogger a lesson.
