The BeyHive is in absolute tatters on social media, after Beyonce Knowles-Carter bizarrely removed all of her profile pictures.

Is new Beyonce music on the way?
The last time we were graced with new music from Queen Bey was in November 2021 with the release of the King Richard soundtrack’s leading single Be Alive.
Two years before that, Mrs Knowles-Carter executive produced the soundtrack to The Lion King live-action film she also starred in. So, the BeyHive wouldn’t exactly complain about a drought in new Beyonce music.
However, the songstress’ decision to remove all of her social media profile pictures has left fans around the world wondering if, just maybe, this is a sign of the queen’s return to the fold.
We did a bit of digging, and as it turns out, Beyonce herself may have hinted in the past about releasing a new album in 2022.
In the August 2021 cover issue of Harper Bazaar, Beyonce confirmed she’s been “in the studio for a year and a half.”
“Sometimes it takes a year for me to personally search through thousands of sounds to find just the right kick or snare. One chorus can have up to 200 stacked harmonies. Still, there’s nothing like the amount of love, passion, and healing that I feel in the recording studio. After 31 years, it feels just as exciting as it did when I was nine years old. Yes, the music is coming!” she exclaimed at the time.
There’s no telling, at this point, what Beyonce has on the way. But, nonetheless, her fans are eagerly anticipating it. Here are some of the reactions to the Beyonce profile picture frenzy.
