Renowned broadcaster and comedian Anele Mdoda clapped back eloquently to hecklers who’ve been body shaming her on social media all week.
Kelly Rowland thirst trap haunts Anele Mdoda
Why is it that whenever former Destiny’s Child songstress Kelly Rowland shares a picture of herself on social media, Mdoda trends for all the wrong reasons?
This is a question that resurfaces almost every other week.
Well, from what we understand, the comedian is forced to live with her choice of words in 2019 when she categorically claimed that the Motivation songstress was unattractive without makeup.
“Kelly looks amazing with make-up. Take that make-up off, then it’s tickets. I have receipts,” she’d claimed.
Mdoda doubled-down on her opinion earlier this year when she was asked if the constant reminder of her poor choice of words had an adverse impact on her.
“No. I like to trend. Keeps the bills paid. And she isn’t prettier than Beyonce soooooo I would be lying. Have a good life,” the comedian claimed.
Perhaps, this week must have been the hardest to get through for the 947 Radio host since Rowland, who’s been celebrating Beyonce Knowles-Carter‘s 40th birthday on a super yacht in Italy, coincidentally posted a thirst trap of herself dressed in a swimsuit that looks exactly like the one Mdoda once donned on vacation in the Maldives.

This was Mdoda’s response to the heckling
Of course, for social media hecklers, this was the perfect material to launch an attack on Mdoda. The comedian was body shamed, targeted by insults on her physical attributes, and even likened to Black-ish actor Anthony Anderson in resemblance.

Bodyshaming Anele isn't within the scope of calling her out.

It's myopic, diabolical and inhumane.
In a bid to disarm the hecklers, Mdoda went ahead and posted the same image of herself dressed in the swimsuit captioned with “cheers to the freakin’ weekend.”

For Mdoda, this was yet another showing of her clear conscience.
