If the rumour mill truly has its finger on the pulse of things, then South Africa’s celebrity industry is about to be turned on its head with the alleged split between Somizi Mhlongo and his new hubby Mohale Motaung-Mhlongo.
Somizi and Mohale rumours ring louder
These reports were first published by City Press in a Sunday exclusive where it’s claimed sources close to the couple have drummed up talk about ongoing divorce negotiations.
A lot of the talk has not lured either of the Mhlongos to make a comment on the situation. Not yet, at least. .
The famed choreographer and radio host may be reeled into facing the controversy surrounding his marriage since it’s been alleged that infidelity may have played a part in the rumoured split.

For all the rage that has divided social media, it seems the Mhlongos are still portraying a strong union.

Somizi is a celebrity with a fanbase & Mohale has managed to establish himself as an influencer with a large following. Entertainment reporters covered their stories when they got married, so they were obviously going to cover the alleged separation and show concept being stolen.

Mohale, amid the growing murmurs, posted a picture of himself enjoying a berry smoothie whipped right out of his hubby’s bestselling cookbook.
For all intents and purposes, the Mhlongos still look like they can tolerate each other. So, reports of a split can be — at least, for the time being — be treated as nothing more than hearsay.
