Pepperclub Hotel General Manager Efi Ella spoke to investigative reporter Aron Hyman, confirming that, indeed, the establishment was aware of an incident involving a 22-year-old jumping from the 10th floor on Sunday morning, at approximately 07:30.
Furthermore, renowned reporter Kgopolo Mphela recently confirmed in a tweet that “rapper AKA’s fiance Nellie was involved in a fatal accident.”

Nothing has been heard from AKA at this time. However, we understand that the rapper is said to be grief-stricken after the alleged events that transpired at his hotel room.
Based on the rapper’s activity on Instagram, it appears the couple was spending quality time in Cape Town, a week or so after finalising marital customs at Tembe’s hometown in KwaZulu-Natal (KZN).
This is a developing story.
