Nasty C had social media abuzz when he targeted Sarkodie, A-Reece and a few other adversaries in a freestyle he dropped on Wednesday.

Nasty C confirms beef with Sarkodie in new freestyle

The South African rapper is ramping up the ante for his next album slated for 2023 and on Wednesday, he fed his Ivyson army a loosie.

Leading up to the release, Nasty C appeared on the Touchdown with Tbo Touch on MetroFM, where he repurposed the verse over Jay-Z’s Kingdom Come instrumental.

The rapper had the studio in an uproar over a few bars he brushed over, revealing, much to everyone’s surprise, that he has unsettled beef with Ghanian star Sarkodie.

In the freestyle, Nasty C recalled a moment in his up-and-coming career when he felt disrespected by the disinterest Sarkodie showed in their first encounter.

When I first met Sarkodie, he wouldn't shake my hand
Cool
I'm not too proud to say I'm still a fan
But i held a grudge and told myself to wait till I'm the man
I'll never give that man a verse
and boy did I stick to my plan

According to Nasty C, in a conversation with DJ Black Coffee and culture pundit Scoop Makhatini back in February 2022, the cold shoulder from the No Living Thing rapper left a bitter taste in his mouth.

That defining moment, Nasty C reflected on the freestyle, was the sole reason why he allegedly declined two collaboration requests from the Ghanaian rapper.

Nasty C also touched on his ongoing beef with A-Reece. The Extravagant rapper revealed he had made attempts to quell any misunderstanding between him and the Pretoria rap phenom.

Nasty further claimed Reece disrespected him two weeks after he’d extended an olive branch and, moreover, the rapper pointed at fans as the chief instigators behind one of South Africa’s longstanding rap feuds.

Couldn't even get on my Live without people bringing him up again
I end up saying
"f*** him then"
Something that was nothing might really turn into something then

The Zulu Man With Some Powers rapper also addressed past encounters with Shatta Wale, 25K and Flveme.
