After what felt like ages of waiting, Kwesta finally came forward with a two-pack of music packaged under the title 2Skeif.
This is a colloquial reference used in South Africa by avid cigarette smokers. If you are in desperate need of a fix, you’ll ask a fellow smoker for a 2Skeif.
Kwesta understood good and well how desperate his fans have been to get new music from him. So, instead of releasing one single, he gifted the music community with a two-pack.

This doesn’t qualify as an EP (extended plays are a minimum of three songs) and maybe for the Katlehong native, that wasn’t the goal.
Kwesta stuck to his formula on the first song Njandini. The record is a sequel to Ngud’ and Vur Vai. The second track, The Finesse, features Riky Rick and sonically, it is a nostalgic effort that brought Kwesta back to his roots.
