To protect herself from the barrage of threats and nasty messages she’s received, Lady Zamar has turned off her comments section on Instagram.
NPA abandons Sjava rape case
The singer has been the butt of the joke since it was reported that Jabulani ‘Sjava’ Hadebe had been equitted of all rape charges.
You will remember that earlier this year, Zamar revealed that she had opened a case against the rapper, claiming he had forced himself onto her and sexually assaulted her in 2018 before they got into an affair some would say was toxic.
According to Limpopo police spokesperson Colonel Moatshe Mgoepe, the case didn’t even make it to the court’s roll.
“On November 5, the case docket was withdrawn by the director of public prosecutions at court,” Ngoepe revealed.
The National Prosecuting Authority (NPA) also confirmed that the state refused to prosecute Sjava “because it believed the facts or evidence do not support a successful prosecution.”
Lady Zamar disables Instagram comments
This development finally put to bed a long-drawn-out process that had almost ruined Sjava’s music career. The 1020 Cartel founder didn’t gloat about the news, though. In fact, Sjava has made no public statements on the matter since the NPA ruling.
Interestingly, Zamar has also not made any statements in her defence. Instead, the Monarch singer has kept away from Twitter where cancel culture has called for her axing.
Our brothers are suffering everyday because of these, so called feminists, whose purpose is not to uplift womanhood but to destroy manhood. Should we just forget that Sjava's name was tarnished? How is that justice?#LadyZamarMustFall

Zamar, however, has been pretty active on Instagram. This was her most recent post and as you can see, users are unable to leave comments.
One can only imagine the kind of vitriol she must be dealing with in her DMs.
