Yoga South Africa brings you stretches through their online Yoga Connect programme. Since its launch nine months ago, Yoga Connect incorporates a variety of class styles (Hatha, Vinyasa, Yoga HIIT, Meditation, Mindful Movement, breath-work & Yin Yoga) as you stretch your body in new ways.
