Out of 82 410 winning entries, one ticketholder took the largest share of the spoils.
For matching all six numbers, the ticketholder walked away with the jackpot, which, before tax and other levy fees, amounted to R22 260 104.70.
In the next winning tier, one lucky ticketholder took home R96 007 for matching five numbers plus the bonus ball.
Saturday’s scattered prize win means that on Wednesday, 15 February 2023, the Lotto jackpot will total R3 million.
Lotto Plus 1
Out of 70 618 winning entries, one ticketholder took the largest share of the spoils.
For matching all six numbers, the ticketholder walked away with the jackpot, which, before tax and other levy fees, amounted to R2 975 359.
In the next winning tier, nine ticketholders took home R17 044.40 for matching five numbers plus the bonus ball.
Saturday’s scattered prize win means that on Wednesday, 15 February 2023, the Lotto jackpot will total R1 million.
Lotto Plus 2
A total of 60 152 winning entries shared the spoils in the Lotto Plus 2 draw, however, no ticket achieved the jackpot-winning match.

How to collect Powerball and Lotto prizes in South Africa

R2 001 – R50 000
- If you bought a ticket: Prizes can be redeemed at authorised payment centres, often your local post office.
- If you played online: Prizes will be transferred to your bank account via EFT and will be available within 72 hours.
- If you played via bank: Prizes will be transferred to your bank account and will be available within seven working days.
R50 000 or more
- Winners need to collect and fill in a Prize Claim Form from the post office.
- Claim forms must be submitted to a regional Ithuba office for validation.
- Once validated, prizes are transferred to your bank account within 72 hours.
