According to the music magazine, Toosie Slide has become Drake’s 20th Hot 100 chart-topper, tying Aretha Franklin and Stevie Wonder for the most No.1s.
Drake slid into the summit of the chart with 55.5 million streams registered in the United States. The single closed the first week of its release with:
- No.1 on the R&B/Hip-Hop Streaming Songs chart;
- No. 3 on the R&B/Hip-Hop Digital Song Sales with 25 000 downloads;
- 14.6 million in audience pull in R&B/Hip-Hop. and
- 28 million views on YouTube
