And it’s not just any single—it’s the first track from his upcoming album The Death of Slim Shady (Coup De Grâce).
In true Eminem fashion, he made the announcement with a playful twist.
The IG post featured a FaceTime call with magician David Blaine. Em asked Blaine for some magic help, leading Blaine to do one of his signature wild stunts, biting off the rim of a wine glass.
Em then wrapped up the convo with a dramatic flair, saying, “Well for my last trick, I’m going to make my career disappear,” before clicking off.
What we know about ‘The Death of Slim Shady’ so far
The Death of Slim Shady is Eminem’s 12th studio album, and it’s got everyone buzzing. Em announced the project last month during the NFL Draft with a Detroit Murder Files crime show teaser.
If that wasn’t enough, earlier this month, he went all out with a fake obituary for Slim Shady in the Detroit Free Press.

The obituary was a dramatic farewell, sparking all kinds of speculation about what this new era of Eminem’s music will sound like.
Little has been revealed about the album’s content, but if “Houdini” is anything to go by, we’re in for a treat.
