The Bacardi Holiday Club music festival is the hottest event creating all the buzz on social media and unfortunately for the late birds, tickets to the two-day affair are sold out.
What is Bacardi Holiday Club festival?
South Africa’s latest premium event is organised by Until Until, a production company renowned for staging trendy social gatherings. Bacardi Holiday Club is a two-day music party and what’s most attractive about it is the fact that a ticket gets you everything.
While the asking price for a single entry ticket may be expensive, it does get you free drinks and food, for the entire duration of the festival.
In 2019, tickets to the festival sold out in record time. Well, this year was no different. Ticket sales went live on Howler at 08:00 on Wednesday, and by the afternoon, they were sold out.
Everything you need to know before you get there
Those who jumped at the opportunity to purchase a ticket for R2 500 will have full access to the event when it takes place between 4 and 6 March 2022 at the Welgelegen Manor, in Balfour, Mpumalanga.
Partygoers are encouraged to pack their own tents, as expected when attending festivals. Set-up tents will also be on offer at a later stage, the organisers confirmed.
Welgelegen Manor gates will open at 12:00 on 4 March 2022, and partygoers will have ample time to set up their tents before the festivities begin at 18:00.
The party is scheduled to end at 16:00 on Sunday 6 March 2022.
Perhaps, the most important detail ticket holders must know is that access to the event will only be open to those with a valid vaccine certificate.
Here’s how you can still land a ticket to Bacardi Holiday Club
At the time this article was published, tickets to the Bacardi Holiday Club were sold out. Unfortunately, tickets are non-transferrable. This means that once purchased, a ticket is linked to a guest’s ID number and cannot be resold.
“All IDs for ticket buyers/holders need to be entered on Howler and will be checked at the door,” the event organisers noted.
This may be a downer for those who were late to purchasing a ticket. But, as explained by event organisers, there may be an opportunity to buy a ticket in the near future.
