Global popstar Justin Bieber sent his fanbase into a frenzy when he confirmed his return to South Africa in Spring 2022.
Justin Bieber confirms South Africa Spring 2022 tour
In a statement, South Africa’s high-ticket promoter Big Concerts revealed that the Peaches hitmaker was preparing to go on a five-continent tour, spanning 46 dates.
The world tour will start in Monterrey, Mexico on May 2022 and end in Krakow, Poland, on 25 March 2023.
Bieber’s Justice World Tour will land in South Africa in September, where the 27-year-old is expected to headline two shows in Cape Town and Johannesburg.
The first leg of his South Africa stop will see Bieber sell out the DHL Stadium in Cape Town, on 28 September 2022. The second leg will conclude Bieber’s SA visit at the FNB Stadium on 1 October 2022.
Fans will have a very short window period to purchase tickets when they go online in early December 2021. Big Concerts confirmed that Discovery Bank will run a pre-sale drive on Wednesday 1 December 2021 from 09:00.
General ticket sales to the Justin Bieber concert will go live two days later, on Friday 3 December 2021 from 09:00.
Of course, fans completely lost it when it was announced that Bieber is scheduled to make a pitstop in South Africa. Here are some of the reactions we picked out:
