2022 Rocking The Daisies: How to buy tickets
Festivalgoers were left disappointed last year when COVID-19 restrictions necessitated by the third wave forced organisers to cancel what promised to be a three-day event of the books.
“It has become clear that an event of our size in 2021 is not an option, and most importantly is not safe for our most important stakeholders – you, our loyal fans and supporters,” the festival noted in a statement at the time.
Partygoers, much like those who’d suffered a similar disappointment in 2020, were advised to keep hold of their tickets, with the option available for refunds.
Well, it turns out, those who kept their tickets will kick off this year’s festival build-up ahead of the pack when tickets go on sale on Thursday 26 May 2022.
Phase 1 of the early-bird sale starts at 09:00.
Where will the festival be held this year?
The 2022 Rocking The Daisies festival returns to its flagship venue, bringing three days of high-octane festivities at the Cloof Wine Estate, in Cape Town, between 7 and 9 October 2022.
For the first time ever, the music festival will simultaneously host a version of the event at the SuperSport Park in Centurion, on 9 October 2022.
Here’s the 2022 Rocking The Daisies lineup
The last time Rocking The Daisies announced a lineup, fans were treated with the prospect of seeing the likes of Ari Lennox, Cordae and Col3trane, a rising star from the United Kingdom (UK), on stage.
But, that was in 2020, before Steyn Entertainment suffered two cancellations, year-on-year.
